Further, it is only after careful scrutinizing that the candidate is selected for the Permanent Residency (PR) status by the CIC, which is the federal body of Canada. Thus, it is an assurance for the employer that the candidate hired by the company and is a Permanent Residency (PR) status holder will be physically and mentally fit and capable of working as a skilled professional.
