Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) – This is another selection model of immigration under which the candidate can get a Canada permanent residency visa is the route visa provincial nomination. Here, the candidate should remember that every province has its own eligibility criteria that need to be met. Although the laws are very flexible in Canada, it is still advisable that the candidate stays for a minimum period of two years in a province before shifting to a new province.

Quebec Skilled Workers Program (QSWP) – It is the Permanent Residency (PR) status for the Quebec region only in which the candidate can migrate to the province of Quebec after undergoing the immigration process in two stages – first, the approval needs to be sorted from the Quebec government for immigration, upon approval the candidate achieves the certificate of selection (CSQ) which is a document that states that the candidate is selected for immigration. In the second stage, the candidate needs to seek approval from the federal government for immigration.

Further, it is only after careful scrutinizing that the candidate is selected for the Permanent Residency (PR) status by the CIC, which is the federal body of Canada. Thus, it is an assurance for the employer that the candidate hired by the company and is a Permanent Residency (PR) status holder will be physically and mentally fit and capable of working as a skilled professional.

The employees can go on a work permit to work in Canada but they will also not be able to achieve the benefits of the PR status like free education and work experience. The applicant can start the process of immigration after planning their finances and proper research.
